No matter their diagnois, our Stars are people first. Individuals with something to teach and something big to offer. It’s our job to engage, equip and inspire our Stars to develop the skills and tools needed to fully access life.

Our team is inspiration in action. Decades of experience has given us a deep understanding of sensory processing, non-verbal & behavioural communication and we champion the importance of meeting tangible needs.

We understand that positive risk taking brings massive rewards for all. We overcome fears, learn to trust, learn to solve problems, rise to challenges and discover things we never thought possible.

We know that tolerance for risk is influenced by genetics as well as conditions such as ADHD, people with a naturally high risk drive and high impulsivity are vulnerable to harm. Providing a positive outlet helps to reduce harmful behaviours while opening up new opportunities to acheive and excel.

No one should be denied access to this, especially those with Disabilities and Learning Difficulties.

We know that the greatest rewards come from serving others. When we put the needs of others first we hone our empathy, advocacy and make deeper connections. This improves our health, longevity and reduces stress by rewarding us with endorphins and happy hormones. We become better people, with more elevated, satisfied and accomplished lives.

Sharing information saves lives. Our Care Plans are designed to work with all other aspects of an individual’s Care Package. We maintain accurate records and track our Star’s progress so that we can celebrate success and identify areas for development.

Our Team are qualified and highly experienced. Our committment to learning is lifelong and our training is continuously updated. We go above and beyond the basic requirements of Care.

Safety, in all aspects is paramount to us. We are trained, qualified and insured for the activities we deliver and we are experts in dynamic risk assessment. We are legislation compliant and are governed by strict, robust policies. Safeguarding our Stars and Staff’s well being is at the core of everything we do.
