Our Groups have 4 Spaces. This gives us more time to focus on delivering activities and serve our Stars with truly person centred care.
Our Tailored 1-2-1 Sevice is designed to help those who are not yet group ready to discover and develop the skills to be able to join one. It is also there to support our Group Stars when they need it. This is a very limited service and subject to availability.
Everyone deserves the chance to make a friend and feel a sense of belonging.

Anyone accessing All Star Support’s Services must be in receipt of Direct Payments or be able to fund privately.
Our Service includes continuous Support and Duty of Care from trained/qualified, enhanced DBS checked Staff.
Participants are responsible for their own entrance fees into venues only, they will never have to pay entry fees for Staff. Likewise, those accessing independent travel training will only have to pay for their own ticket.
All participants must bring their own food/ drinks, enough money to cover the cost of their activity and a small amount of money in case they need extra drinks or snacks.
We are able to deliver lots of activities in house with no extra cost for Instruction. Venues we access to deliver our activities usually charge an entrance fee. Often, this is at a discounted rate.
We provide Transport to and from home. We do not ask for any contributions towards fuel. Sometimes we may ask for a small contribution towards parking.
Our staff will never use our participant’s money for their own gain, this includes accepting drinks etc.

We work together with our Stars to create a Session plan that suits the group. We like to give at least one Month’s notice for our Activities and costs. We will plan some of our Sessions 3-6 months ahead. This gives our Stars time to build their savings and work on their planning/budgeting skills. This is also very useful to Parents and Carers who are managing tight budgets also.
We will always include an alternative “Rainy Day” Activitiy in case our Plan A can’t go ahead.

Our Staff hold NVQs in Health and Social Care and Management. We also have a practising Teacher (QTS) on our Team. Our main expertise is in providing quality, meaningful, social and adventure based activities to people with autism, learning and physical disabilities, sensory processing difficulties and acquired brain injuries . To support this we have a background in Youth Work, Outdoor Pursuits and Specialist Residential Care.
Our Adventure Crew are registered with Mountain Training, British Mountaineering Council and Paddle UK. They hold National Governing Body Awards or APL equivalents in the activities they instruct. They are highly trained and continuously update their skills.
All our Staff have undergone rigorous mandatory training around the requirements of Care and have also completed in house outdoor adventure training so that they can support such activities.

We it's not what we do, it's how we do it that makes us different from other Services.
We are smaller which gives us more capacity for flexibility as we understand life isn't always predictable.
Our Directors are practitioners and we work out in the groups, so we never lose sight of our client's needs and always maintain a truly person-centred approach.
We are modern, adaptive and on the go. Our very swish tech allows to take our office with us wherever we are so we can access our information & resources as required.
-
We are community based so we do not offer a Drop In service.
Although we prefer to come to you, meetings can be arranged at our very swanky official address.
